VivaLongevity (“we”, “us”) operates this website and sells research-use-only peptide products. This Policy applies to information we collect when you visit our Site, create an account, place an order, or interact with our emails and support.

We collect three broad categories of information:

Information you provide directly: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, age-verification attestations, research affiliation where disclosed, communication preferences, customer-support inquiries, product reviews, and account credentials.
Order & payment information: items purchased, order history, subscription cadence, delivery counters, and tokenized payment identifiers. We do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe.
Automatically collected: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location, and cookie identifiers.

3. How We Use Information

Process orders, deliver products, send shipping notifications, and provide support;
Manage subscriptions, loyalty counters, and VIP perks;
Verify age and eligibility, detect fraud, and protect the integrity of the Site;
Send transactional and — where you opt in — marketing communications;
Analyze Site performance, research interests, and improve our products and content; and
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Payment processor: Stripe, Inc. (to authorize and settle transactions).
Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for fulfillment.
Infrastructure: Supabase (database & authentication), Mailgun (email), and analytics providers that process data under contract.
Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
Corporate events: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the terms of this Policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use first-party cookies and localStorage to remember your cart, age-gate verification, and account session. We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate Site usage. You can block cookies through your browser, though parts of the Site may not function properly.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, tax, or reporting obligations. Order records are typically retained for up to 7 years. Marketing preferences are retained until you opt out.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, access controls, and tokenized payment identifiers. No system can guarantee perfect security; please use a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. 9. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. 10. EU / UK Residents (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases for processing include contract performance (order fulfillment), legal obligation (tax records, age verification), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent (marketing). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent, and may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

12. International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
